A: Usually within a few minutes after payment. Maximum delivery time is 1–3 hours.


Q: Can I share my account with others?

A: No. Each subscription is for one device only. Sharing your account can result in automatic blocking without refund.


Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: No. Once the service is activated, we do not provide refunds. Please try the free test first to be sure it works for you.


Q: What if a channel or feature doesn’t work?

A: Our servers are updated daily. If a channel is down, report it and we’ll fix or replace it. We provide full support.


Q: What internet speed do I need?

A: At least 9 Mbps for smooth streaming. For HD or 4K quality, 18+ Mbps is recommended.
